Je m’apelle Sophie
This is my blog, here I write about myself, my opinions, my love of music, my transition.
I was born in 1982, that makes me 25 years old until my birthday in August. I am a student at the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands where I also live. I am a lesbian, I am a transsexual, I am queer and I have friends, loving parents, a brother and a little sister, I am part of this world and I like it.

La femme Sophie
October 2007 I started officially with my gender transition, having hormones prescribed, this turned my life positively upside down, far less stress and lost of a burden which I carried with me for over 15 years. On this blog I have been keeping a diary about my transition, you can read them by clicking on the category diary. Probably early 2010 I will have my SRS and will be myself to the fullest. Until then I will keep updating about my transition.
Of course there’s a lot more to write about what’s happening in my life beside tranitioning, which is also worth reading.
Love, friendship, music and being myself. Those are the things in life I treasure most.
I advise you to just read my blog. And you are welcome to comment, even possible when you’re not on wordpress yourself.
